Frequently Asked Questions

How can you offer eight pieces for $88?

Our family has worked in fashion jewelry for over 40 years and was a pioneer in bringing stainless steel to this market. We own our molds and do our own quality checks — we are at the source of production.

Because you buy all eight pieces together, the costs of packing, handling and shipping are shared across the whole collection. Eight pieces for $88 — only $11 per piece.

What exactly do I get for my $88?

You get our handcrafted Soul box — 7 in long, 3.5 in wide, 1.4 in high (18 × 9 × 3.5 cm) — with eight compartments for storing your jewelry, one for each piece.

There are also eight organza pouches, one per piece, and every item is wrapped in a polybag for protection in transit.

Why do you sell assortments and not single items?

It took real effort to design each piece — its look, size, weight, and the way they combine — so the assortment is at the heart of how we think about the collection.

Because you buy the eight pieces together, the costs of packing, handling and shipping are shared across the whole collection. Eight pieces for $88 — only $11 per piece.

When should I expect my delivery?

We ship from our partner factory in the north of China, where one member of our own team is permanently stationed and supervises all our shipments.

Once your order is paid, you should receive your box within 10–14 days. Shipping is free, and you will receive tracking by email as soon as your box is on its way.

What is your return policy?

If you're not in love with your box, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items should be in their original, unworn condition with the original packaging.

Returns are handled by Isla Samba in France. Email us to start a return and we'll send you the address and guide you through it. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full details.

What is the jewelry made of? Will it last?

Every piece is crafted from premium steel, PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) plated with 0.03 microns of 18K gold. PVD plating bonds with the steel, which gives it durability and its resistance to scratching and fading. It is hypoallergenic, non-toxic and complies with global safety standards (REACH, CE, SGS). Each item is stamped with our I24J logo.

Wipe with a soft cloth after wear. You do not need to take your jewelry off to shower, and sweat is no problem. We only suggest removing it before bathing in the sea — salt water is the ultimate enemy of metal — and avoiding direct contact with perfume, lotions and harsh chemicals.

Does it contain nickel?

Our premium steel is widely considered hypoallergenic. The nickel it contains is bound within the metal alloy and locked behind a protective layer of chromium oxide, so it complies with EU REACH limits and is widely worn by people with sensitive skin.

Unless you are extremely sensitive to any contact with metals, you won't have any problem with our collection.

What sizes are the rings and bracelets?

Rings are adjustable, US 6–9 (EU 52–60), fitting comfortably for the great majority of wearers. The Yin & Yang necklace measures 17.7 in (45 cm) with a 2 in (5 cm) extension; the Buddha necklace measures 15.7 in (40 cm) with a 2 in (5 cm) extension. Bracelets measure 6.7 in (17 cm) with a 1.6 in (4 cm) extension. Dangling circle earrings measure 0.8 in (2 cm).

How do I get in touch?

We're a small family team and we love hearing from you. Send us a message through our Contact page and we'll get back to you as quickly as we can.

You mention more boxes to come. What themes? When?

Our concept is a set of 8 boxes, all with 8 pieces, similar to the Soul Box but with very exciting new themes: SEA, HIPPIE, JUNGLE, FASHION, PLANET, HAPPY, and LOVE.

In France our Soul customers have requested we launch the SEA Box next. We are working on it and may be able to release it in early 2027.

A buyer of the Soul Box will get a loyalty discount on the next ones.

Who is behind Ilani 24 Jewel and Isla Samba?

A family, living equally in jewelry and spirituality.

Paule, the grandmother, was one of the first yoga teachers to introduce Tai-Chi-Chuan in France.

Her son, Richard, studied meditation in India in his twenties and developed a passion for teaching a constant consciousness through awareness of the breathing. To help his students stay aware of their effort during the day, he used to knot a colorful cotton cord around their wrist as a reminder of their work on their breathing.

From his many trips to India he brought back various spiritual symbols in jewelry, thinking they would make a better reminder than a simple cotton cord. The SOUL collection was born.

The family designed this incredible set of major symbols and started to sell it to all the women drawn to a form of spirituality. They first offered it to the customers of their shops ISLA SAMBA in France: in 2025 the first SOUL box was offered to the general public, and the success was immediate.

They then decided to launch it in the US in mid 2026. Here we are.
