Where we ship from. We ship from our partner factory in the north of China, where one member of our own team is permanently stationed and supervises all our shipments.

Delivery. Once your order is paid, you should receive your box within 10–14 days.

Tracking. As soon as your box is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
